We ship MySportsNotes products across Australia, New Zealand and selected international destinations.

Custom, branded and personalised products have different production, delivery and returns terms. Please visit our Custom Order Terms page.

Order processing

In-stock orders are usually dispatched the next business day.

If your order includes a preorder product, the expected dispatch date will be shown on the product page. Your full order may be sent together once all items are available.

Australia shipping

  • Standard delivery: 1–4 business days
  • Australia-wide shipping: AUD $7.99
  • Sent from: Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia

We’ll email your tracking details once your order is on its way.

Regional and remote deliveries may take a little longer. Australian GST is included where required.

New Zealand shipping

  • Standard delivery: 1–3 business days
  • New Zealand-wide shipping: NZD $5.99
  • Sent from: Auckland, New Zealand

We’ll email your tracking details once your order is on its way.

Please allow a little extra time for rural delivery. New Zealand GST is included where required.

Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, we’ll send you a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

It can take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

Please allow the full estimated delivery time before contacting us about a delayed order.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If your tracking says your order has been delivered but you can’t find it, please:

  1. Check around the delivery address and any safe-drop locations.
  2. Ask other household members, neighbours or building reception.
  3. Check the delivery address on your order confirmation.
  4. Allow one additional business day, as some parcels are scanned shortly before delivery.

Incorrect delivery address

Entered the wrong address? Contact us as soon as possible at notes@mysportsnotes.com.

We’ll update it where we can, but changes may not be possible once the order has entered fulfilment or been collected by the carrier.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be redirected or sent again because the address supplied was incorrect.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your My Sports Notes purchase.

Eligible standard products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and unwritten in
  • Unmarked and undamaged
  • In their original condition
  • Suitable for resale
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please contact us at notes@mysportsnotes.com before sending anything back. We’ll provide the correct return instructions and address for your location.

Products that cannot be returned for change of mind

We’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns for:

  • Custom, branded or personalised products
  • Digital products and downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Used, written-in or marked journals
  • Products that are no longer in resaleable condition
  • Final-sale products

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

UK cancellation rights

UK customers may also have statutory cancellation rights for eligible online orders.

You may contact us to cancel an eligible purchase within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll provide the return instructions and explain the next steps.

These rights sit alongside our standard 14-day returns policy.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of sending the product back to us.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot process a return until it reaches us.

Original shipping charges are not refunded for voluntary returns, except where required by law.

If your product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we’ll cover reasonable return costs or organise another suitable solution.

Something wrong with your order?

Please contact us at notes@mysportsnotes.com if your order arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered.

Please send us:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label, where relevant

We’ll review the issue and work with you on the right solution. This may include a replacement, refund or another option available under the consumer laws that apply to your order.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to show the funds in your account.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.

To choose a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

If we have sent you a faulty or incorrect product, we may arrange a replacement directly.

Changing or cancelling an order

Please contact us at notes@mysportsnotes.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.

We’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once fulfilment has started.
