Black Friday Refund Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Dates: Friday 28 November 2025, 5:00pm AEST – Sunday 30 November 2025, 11:59pm AEST

1. Eligibility

1.1. Open to customers aged 18+ who place an order during the Promotion Period.

1.2. Open to residents of Australia and New Zealand.

1.3. Employees, contractors, and immediate family of the Promoter are not eligible.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 5:00pm AEST Friday 28 November 2025 until 11:59pm AEST Sunday 30 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. How to Enter

3.1. Every completed order placed on mysportsnotes.com during the Promotion Period automatically receives one entry.

3.2. There is no additional cost to enter.

3.3. If an order is cancelled, returned, or refunded prior to the prize draw, the entry will be void.

4. Prize Details

4.1. A total of five (5) orders will be selected at random to receive a full refund of their order value, including standard shipping.

4.2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after winners are confirmed.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. Winners will be drawn at random using the order numbers and a random number generator.

5.2. The draw will take place on Monday 1 December 2025 at 10:00am AEST.

5.3. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.

6. Notification of Winners

6.1. Winners will be contacted via the email provided at checkout within 24 hours of the draw.

6.2. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter may redraw the prize.

7. General Conditions

7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and refuse eligibility if fraud or technical issues are suspected.

7.2. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.3. This promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by Shopify, Meta, or any third party.

8. Privacy

8.1. Personal information is used solely to administer the promotion and process prizes.

8.2. All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of:

  • Australia (for Australian residents), and
  • New Zealand (for New Zealand residents).
