The finer details
Who's it for?
Anyone who wants to improve their game. The tools in this planner allow you to frame up better routines & mindsets. Think of it like 'coaching yourself' & putting a plan in place to achieve your goals.
How it works
The planner is essentially broken into 3 parts:
Section 1: Building Your Foundation
The planner guides you through developing a foundation for your performance. Set your standards & goals, develop a plan & get to work.
Section 2: Training Week
Set your training plan, weekly schedule & goals for each week.
Section 3: Game Notes
Be intentional about how you approach & review your game. All designed so that on the field of play, you are doing less over-thinking and more effective doing.
For added space we've provided a blank journal at the back.

WOW factor in this journal. Everything a player could need to help them mentally and physically work thru in a season. You have thought of everything Team NETTY NOTES. Thank you - you have made my team into champions before the season has started.
I absolutely love these notebooks. We have used them to inspire and motivate our netballers, to help them plan their athletic development in conjunction with the coaching staff, and allow them to reflect on the success of their journey throughout the season.
I absolutely love Netty Notes! From the clean design and layout to the quotes and nutrition tips. I would highly recommend any player or coach to purchase a copy!
I will be recommending this to all the teams at the school I work for as a sports coordinator.
Future idea; I would love to see a plastic or hardcover version where you can add additional/new pages in the future!
Love the honest feedback Jess. If there was a blank notes section in the planner would that help you?
Our first focus was to connect as a team and discuss our values when building our team culture. Netty Notes had a nice little section at the front where players could get some valuable insight of each other.
A big focus for our team has also been creating good habits on and off the court and we’ve found Netty Notes the perfect way to do that.
Great to hear Amie Jane. The things you mention are two big focuses for us. How do we support building more connected teams & encourage habits that help confidence and energy on and off the court. Appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with Netty Notes.
I really like mine. So had for being a player, but also as a resource for the girls I coach. I like being able to take the time at the start of the week and planning my week netball - wise which really helps me to stay focused and engaged and mentally ready throughout the season!
